Jacques Gous, a PGA Golf Professional, is no stranger to playing golf on the tropical island of Mauritius, which is why he’s decided to host a world-class golfing tour to this island of palm-fringed fairways and unbelievable coastline views from the greens.

For 11 days, you’ll join Jacques at the luxurious Constance Belle Mare Plage Golf & Spa Resort on the East Coast of Mauritius, where you’ll enjoy daily tuition and 10 rounds of golf at the famous Legend and Links courses, while having ample opportunity to play the scenic Anahita golf course and picturesque Ile Aux Cerfs island golf course (only accessible via boat).

You’ll experience two exceptional golf courses at Belle Mare Plage: The Legend and The Links. Both courses are renowned for their challenging layouts and rather remarkable island views, making each round an unforgettable experience. September 21: Arrive in Mauritius

Upon arriving at Mauritius International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed and transferred to the luxurious 5-star Constance Belle Mare Plage Resort, where you’ll enjoy a 10-night stay. Upon reaching the resort, the staff will assist you with a seamless check-in process. The day is yours to explore the resort’s facilities, including spa treatments, the fitness centre, the pool, and the beach. At 18:00 ,you’ll meet Jacques at the main bar for an introductory chat followed by a group meal.

September 22: Golf at The Links

After breakfast, you’ll enjoy coaching with Jacques at 11:00 before your tee off times between 12:00 – 12:40 at The Links Golf Course. Set amidst the lush Mauritian landscape, the course provides a blend of technical difficulty and scenic beauty, making it a favourite among golf enthusiasts. This challenging 18-hole layout features rolling fairways, strategically placed bunkers, and elevated greens.

September 23: Day at Leisure

Spend the day at leisure, with the option to play either of the resort’s courses or explore the exquisite island of Mauritius. Take advantage of the resort’s complimentary glass-bottom boats, enjoy a snorkelling or Hobie Cat trip, or simply bask in the splendour of the white sandy beaches.

September 24: Play Golf at the Legend Golf Course

Today, you’ll enjoy another clinic and coaching session with Jacques at 11:00, followed by teeing off on The Legend Golf Course between 11:00 and 11:40. This breathtaking par-72, 6014m course is designed for championship matches, featuring tropical landscapes, lush fairways, challenging layouts, and unbeatable ocean views.

September 25: Optional Golf at Île aux Cerfs Golf Course

After breakfast, the day is yours to enjoy at leisure. You can choose to play on the stunning Île aux Cerfs Golf Course, designed by none other than Bernhard Langer. This unique 19-hole course is accessible only by a dedicated golf boat shuttle from a private jetty or by helicopter.

September 26: Play Golf at The Links

After another hearty breakfast at the resort, you’ll head to your golf clinic with Jacques at 11:00. Today, you’ll play on the fun and challenging Links Course, teeing off between 12:00 and 12:40. It’s the perfect opportunity to put your newfound skills to the test as you navigate strategically placed bunkers, water hazards, volcanic rocks, and elevated greens!

September 27: Day at Leisure

Today is another day of leisure, where you can sign up for an excursion to explore the island or simply unwind at the resort. Alternatively, you can enjoy a day out on a sailboat cruise with the opportunity to snorkel in Mauritius’ vibrant coral reefs.

September 28: Another Round of Golf at The Links

Today follows a similar pattern to the other golfing days in the itinerary. Enjoy a clinic with Jacques at 11:00, followed by tee times from 12:00 to 12:40 on The Links Golf Course. The first hole offers panoramic views, and water comes into play on six of the holes, making the course fairly challenging.

September 29: Day at Leisure with Optional Golfing

Although today is your day at leisure, you have the option of playing more golf. Play a round on the world class Anahita golf course, famed for its holes hugging the water’s edge of the largest lagoon in Mauritius. The challenging and picturesque course was designed by former world number one, Ernie Els.

September 30: Leisure Day and Group BBQ

Today is another day to enjoy at your leisure. Spend time exploring the resort, indulge in beach activities, enjoy a spa treatment, or sign up for a cultural tour. Conclude the day with a group BBQ at the restaurant at 19:00.

October 1: Depart Mauritius

After breakfast, you’ll have the option of playing one last round of golf – if your flight time allows. You will be transferred from the Constance Belle Mare Plage Resort to Mauritius Airport for your outbound flight.
