
Rushmore is an 18-hole golf course set high on the chalk of the Cranborne Chase, with the unusual distinction of having 9 holes in Dorset & 9 in Wiltshire. Set in the heart of the historic Rushmore Park, the course is a haven of peace, with only the abundant wildlife & spectacular views to distract from your game. The club prides itself on its warm & friendly welcome to members & visitors alike. We have an active membership, with many golf & social events taking place throughout the year. We welcome societies & visitors seven days a week, offering excellent golf, good home-cooked food & a fine selection of beer & wine.

Rushmore is easily reached by car from the local towns of Shaftesbury & Blandford as well as Salisbury & the South Coast resorts of Bournemouth & Poole & the course is clearly signed from the A30, A354 & B3081.

Rushmore has an excellent reputation for welcoming societies of all shapes and sizes. Set within the tranquil Rushmore Estate lies the test of 18 challenging holes for all abilities of golfer. Described as a “little corner of golfing heaven” Rushmore offers the perfect venue for societies spanning from Bristol to Bournemouth to Basingstoke.

At Rushmore we will actively assist you to design your perfect golf day. We offer a range of packages for golfers wanting to play in the morning or afternoon or even both! Furthermore, we have an extensive society menu cooked by our resident chef who can cater to all dietary requirements.
You are sure to receive a welcome with open arms upon arrival either within the professional shop or Clubhouse. The professional Shop can supply all products ranging from prize tables to emergency supplies at internet competitive prices.
