Founded in 1888, Marlborough has established itself as one of the finest golf courses in Wiltshire.
Set on the edge of historic Marlborough near Swindon, this thriving members’ club has two distinctly different layouts – a parkland front nine and a downland back 9 – both beautiful and challenging for golfers at all levels.
The striking clubhouse overlooking the course is home to members, visitors and those who value excellent facilities and a friendly and helpful professional team.
We also have facilities for hosting wedding receptions, private functions, corporate golf days, meetings and conferences in our unique clubhouse with its striking design overlooking the golf course.

Golf Society Packages
Marlborough Golf Club is very popular for society days and corporate events. Over 90% of bookings are rebooked for the following year. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
The Club is renowned for its friendly atmosphere and promises a warm welcome to all visiting parties. With an excellent bar and catering facilities, it can provide various options for visiting groups, ranging from simple breakfasts to large banquets.
Packages vary in price depending on the content and the time of year. Please note that we don’t take society bookings at weekends.
We welcome societies but insist that all players own their own equipment, understand basic rules and etiquette, play to a proficient standard, and, most importantly, adhere to the pace of play expected by our Club.
